IPD Occupiers in Ireland Minimize

Established in the summer of 2006, our Ireland office is located in Dublin and is managed by Adam King and Tom Dunne who is the Chairman of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association (IPFMA).

The Irish Benchmarking Service is a valuable management tool designed to enable participating organisations to measure their property performance and to compare this performance against other Irish occupiers. Organisations are then able to use this information to help identify areas for improvement.

Key features of the service:

  • provides participants with a structural framework to measure occupiers’ property performance, in efficiency terms
  • identifies principles for developing internal property information systemsidentifies key metrics to deliver credibility in the boardroom
  • allows real estate and facilities managers to develop an agenda for performance improvement within their own organisations
  • helps participants to learn from others in the industry how to deliver best-practice solutions within their own organisation

The benchmarking initiative will play a part in further developing the profession of real estate and facilities management within Ireland, and to lock into an acknowledged international benchmarking network.
