The Property Benchmarking Service provides:

• comprehensive reports on performance of office buildings
• KPIs to assess building efficiency, effectiveness and environmental sustainability
• information to help identify opportunity & risk.

The annual programme delivers information to over 150 property centres managing diverse and challenging estates. Performance is set in context using independent and validated private sector benchmarks.

• help optimise costs of your estate
• secure improvements to data quality
• develop a consistent approach to reporting performance across all asset types
